Detailed review
Handset finishing and the limits of appearance
In this review, I inspect the hands, applied hour markers and exterior finishing of a VSF-attributed Batman on an Oyster-style bracelet. The useful evidence is in the close-ups: what the polished surfaces look like, where the central hand attachment is visible and what the clasp actually says. Supplier names and material descriptions require a different level of evidence from appearance.

Hands and markers: what I can see
At 2:37–3:26, I bring the handset and hour markers into view. The Mercedes-style hour hand, minute hand, seconds hand and blue GMT hand sit over a black dial. Light catches the metal-coloured edges and the surrounds of the applied markers. My assessment in the recording is that the polishing looks smooth and the marker surrounds have rounded-looking edges.
This is a through-crystal inspection under the recorded lighting. Reflections and overlapping hands obscure parts of the assembly. I describe no obvious burrs in the views I inspect; that is a visual assessment of this sample, not a microscopic inspection of every edge.
I attribute the hands to BUFF in my commentary. No supplier marking, packaging or manufacturing documentation is shown. The footage supports discussing their finish, but it does not independently establish who made them. I name no specific supplier for the hour markers.
At around 3:00, I use the expression “solid center pinion.” The close-up shows the visible central end of the hand assembly. It does not expose the internal pinion or demonstrate its construction. This detail is separate from the surrounding dial surface examined in my dial-dimple review.
Exterior finish and material claims
Earlier, I inspect the blue-to-black bezel transition and the appearance of the numeral fill, then rotate the bezel at 2:18–2:37. I like its click feedback on this sample. The operation adds another recording to my bezel-action inspection; it supplies no measured torque, wear test or new backplay specification.
My narration describes 904L steel, sapphire, fired ceramic, “platinum PVD” numeral treatment and an anti-reflective Cyclops coating. These remain my stated specifications. Surface appearance alone cannot verify alloy grade, coating chemistry or the deposition method. I perform no material analysis or scratch test here. Likewise, my description of crisp dial printing is an appearance assessment, not a measured printing height.
At 3:45–4:30, I show the clasp surfaces, point out the chamfered edges and operate the clasp. The clip preserves my favourable handling impression; a still image cannot demonstrate opening resistance or long-term retention.
The clasp correction and sample identity
The open clasp at approximately 4:36 reads 1NQ, while the supplied subtitle says ENQ. I use the visible marking when describing this sample. This adds another recording to the 1NQ clasp-lettering evidence. A matching code neither proves factory origin nor establishes that two recordings show the same physical watch.
The blue-and-black bezel, black dial and three-piece-link Oyster-style bracelet correspond to the 126710BLNR Batman configuration. I introduce the watch as VS Factory with Dandong 3285, commonly DD3285. Both remain my attribution here: the caseback stays closed and I do not demonstrate GMT setting. My open-caseback movement inspection provides separate movement evidence. This episode establishes no factory generation or batch sequence.
A useful comparison needs matching views
A community Batman comparison discusses hand tone, marker polishing and lume height. It compares an owner-described genuine 116710BLNR with a VSF-labelled 126710BLNR, so reference-generation differences also matter. Those owner assessments do not authenticate BUFF supply or the materials of my sample.
For QC, I recommend clear dial close-ups at several angles and a short clip through changing reflections. Keep the relevant hand edge or marker visible instead of judging it from a single glare-covered frame. Separate a visible mark from a supplier claim, and compare like-for-like configurations before drawing a broader conclusion.

Strengths
Original close-ups document the handset, markers and visible1NQ clasp; dynamic operation remains linked to video.
What to watch for
No supplier authentication, material assay, internal pinion view, movement inspection or confirmed generation.
Movement summary
Dandong 3285 / DD3285 — spoken attribution only; no caseback inspection
Questions answered
Does this video prove that the hands are made by BUFF?
No. I identify BUFF in the commentary, but the recording contains no independent supplier evidence. The close-ups document appearance and support a qualified finishing assessment.
Does “solid center pinion” verify the internal hand assembly?
No. It is the term I use while showing the visible central end of the handset. There is no disassembly or cross-sectional view establishing internal construction.

Current status
This inspection is limited to the recorded sample and qualified professional commentary.
Message me through the WhatsApp button with a clear dial view and open-clasp photograph if you want to discuss a particular Batman. I can help you check the visible finish and markings, and distinguish them from movement, material or supplier details that still need stronger evidence.
