Detailed review
Dandong 3285, commonly abbreviated DD3285, is the movement name given by the reviewer to the grey-and-black GMT sample opened in Review 001. The rotor, movement and balance area are visible. The recording does not establish complete parts interchangeability with Rolex calibre 3285.
The local hour hand is adjusted independently while the minute hand stays in position, and the date changes as local time advances. The transcript describes a full 24-hour local-hour cycle; it should not be interpreted as an instruction to turn the crown exactly twice.
The reviewer explains the rate and beat-error adjustment controls in the shown orientation. This is attributed technical commentary, not a measured regulation test: no before-and-after timing readings are supplied.
He says the four reviewed models share the movement, but only the grey/black sample receives the detailed internal inspection. The review provides no measured reserve duration, pressure-test result or long-term reliability dataset. When comparing offers, ask for movement evidence and sample-specific measurements instead of assuming every factory-labelled watch has the same configuration.
