Feedback privacy
We store your original feedback, optional name, rating, photos and consent record for moderation. Text and images are private until a human approves and publishes them. Original photos are stored outside the public website; processed copies have metadata removed. Staff check personal details manually and may redact or crop images. We do not automatically translate your words, treat them as technical evidence, or label them verified purchases. No contact information is required. A short-lived essential cookie protects this form; rate limiting uses a salted network identifier, not marketing tracking.
You can withdraw using your private code, or contact us to request removal or deletion. Withdrawal immediately closes access through this website, including photo links. External copies or caches cannot be recalled. Deletion requests are handled by an administrator; the public page never shows your removal code. Minimal consent/action records and protected backups may remain under the site privacy policy. See the site privacy policy for the wider policy; this notice describes this feedback feature.
